When should I schedule an appointment for my wedding?

Accepted Answer

We suggest scheduling an appointment about 3-4 months before your wedding. Any longer than that we could run into size changes (gaining or losing weight) that could affect your tuxedo fit during the time of delivery. Please contact us if you gain or lose 20 lbs or more. For events as a single such as prom, military balls, galas etc. we suggest at least 2-3 weeks in advance or more.

When do tuxedos arrive?

Accepted Answer

Tuxedos arrive the week of your wedding or event. Delivery can either be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday depending on the day we receive the tuxedos and check them in. We will contact you by Monday to schedule the delivery.

Question 3

What happens if something doesn't fit?

Accepted Answer

We order a replacement and it will arrive Friday morning. Earlier if a delivery is before Wednesday.

Question 4

When do we pay?

Accepted Answer

At delivery. We accept cash, check or credit card.

Question 5

What if an individual in my party is diagnosed with COVID or has any other health concern that prevents them from attending the wedding?

Accepted Answer

If the tuxedo has already been shipped there will be a cancellation charge.

Question 6

Do you accept outside measurements for individuals out of town?

Accepted Answer

We are happy to take any outside measurements, however, if those measurements are incorrect, Mickey's Tux Taxi is not responsible for the cost of the replacement. A replacement charge will be added.
